Abstract
The article deals with the Casimir’s Code of 1468 (hereinafter referred to as Code). This document was very important in the development process in Belarus and one of the sources for the creation of Statutes of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The aim of this study is the necessity to point out the most important features of Code and to reveal its content. Code is considered not only as one of the written artifacts of Belarusian law but also as a source of formation of modern criminal, civil and economic procedures and judicial system.
