THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY: PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF SOLUTION

The subject of research is the possible ways out of the global financial and economic crisis, taking into consideration of the dejected state of the global economy and the exhaustion of previously functioning economic ?model of growth?. The purpose of research is an analysis of the main economic problems, quick solution which can lead to stabilization of the Ukrainian economy. Methodology work. The work is done on the basis of statistical, analytical and systematic methods. Results of work. The special attention is emphasized on the main economic problems of the development of the Ukrainian economy in conditions of the ?three-comered geo-economic confrontation?. Practical implications: holding researches to the model economic development in crisis conditions. Conclusions. The economic problems are directed to quick (as possible) economic reforms. The reforms should concern: overcoming corruption; consolidation of a new model of economic development based on global processes which are directed at the development of information societies and economy of knowledge ? therefore it is important to do accent on education, thereby it should provide innovative progress of the Ukrainian economy and to settle the problem of increasing the purchasing power of citizens by overcoming the problem of the people’s employment.
