Abstract

In order to improve the analysis and elimination of defects functionally developed control systems for special purposes entities deemed necessary to create and develop in them the functional subsystem analytical information processing. Creating such a subsystem comes from: the independent role of analysis in the management process; systematic approach to this function; confirmed by the practice of the functional development of control systems for special purposes producers, which showed, the local formation and implementation of particular analytical problems are not able to provide the perfect setting to improve the analysis. Methodological approach to the design and implementation of a functional control system development of special purpose entities analytical information processing subsystem includes elements: the creation of the complex prerequisites for the development of design solutions for the subsystem; development of the concept of the functional structure of the subsystem; definition of means and methods of implementation of the chosen concept of a subsystem. As a basis subsystem design should be regulation of functions analytical processing of information on a national scale and its standardization. Standardization will improve the typing management solutions and go-to-use universal design techniques. Decision analysis in control systems for special purposes should reflect the objectives of these systems, based on the methodology of analytical data processing and compliance with the principles of integrated data processing. Among the prospects for further research of particular relevance are different questions to identify ways to improve its data analysis methodology based on the requirements of intensification of production and functional development of data processing.
