Abstract
In the model of reliability assessment of construction it is proposed to take into account in addition to load intensity and strength of materials two new factors: a factor of inaccuracy of computational method and a factor of incompleteness of baseline information. The expanded in this way model let us to reveal the most random entropic factors for the purpose of their subsequent reduction. It is also analyzed other application tasks on the basis of this expanded model.
