PROVIDING OF INNOVATIVE AND HIGH-TECH DEVELOPMENT MACHINE PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES FOR MODERN BUILDING TECHNIQUES MANUFACTURE

Analyzed existing state and transformation features of Ukrainian industrial and construction complexes in the current economic conditions, including building techniques enterprises. Found that to progress each company must develop and implement a strategic program for innovation and high-tech modernization and development, based on its potential and tradition, international and domestic experience, state aid, local government, investors, consumers - all that really will contribute and implement the development of this entit A model, theoretical principles and practical recommendations for the development of innovative and high-tech engineering companies for the production of modern construction technology during the economic transformation in Ukraine based on international standards and strategic project management, inzhynyrinhu and development, advanced science and technology. The study of ways of transition state and national enterprises to innovative high-tech model of devoted a considerable amount of research and scientific works. Existing standards and mechanisms of innovative projects and programs of development of high-tech engineering and other enterprises in the present difficult economic conditions in Ukraine are insufficient and need further improvement. Specific tasks of justification providing model of innovative and high-tech development enterprise are still unsolved for today. New theoretical approaches and methodical guidelines by the practical implementation of modern strategic standards and project management by innovative and high-tech development machine production enterprises for the production of modern construction technique through the application of best international and domestic experience, the latest science and technology achievements, engineering methodology, development, strategic and project management are reviewed. Specific tasks that solved in this article is the justification of providing innovative and high-tech lighting enterprise development and mechanisms of its implementation ?turnkey?. We received theoretical results of performed by authors researches and offered practical recommendations should ensure the innovation acceleration and high-tech development of machine production enterprises for the production of modern construction equipment, as other industrial companies in Ukraine through the development and implementation by "turnkey" their respective projects and programs with taking into account the best world and their own experience, the latest science and technology achievements, and by the way of using conclusions and proposals wich are in this article. The key should be the result of the successful integration of Ukrainian companies and their products to the European Union and the world economic space.
