Abstract
The article describes the results of follow-adjustment and functional transformation of masticatory muscles in patients with lower jaw reconstructed. For the first time the histological evidence of masticatory muscles attach to the transplanted grafts is investigated, long-term results of previously described phenomenon of attachment of muscles involved in the movement of the lower jaw to the transplanted graft vascular pedicle without intraoperative suturing applied in order to eliminate the defects of the lower jaw are analyzed.
