TABOO ZONES AND PROSPECTS OF STUDYING REGIONAL HISTORIOGRAPHY

In article process of studying of literature in interaction between state policy and scientific institutions on the example of integration extent of scientific knowledge in Republic of Kalmykia, sciences, social thought with the political environment is considered. The modern particularities of the development social and political knowledge have governed the increase in the number of works, devoted to the past of Kalmykia. The subject “Participation of the Military Personnel of Kalmykia in an Initial Stage of Military Operations on Fronts of the Great Patriotic War” in science is not presented as a many-sided contribution to the Victory yet. In work results of the analysis of participation of natives of the republic in days of the Great Patriotic War are presented, research of a problem opens a number of questions that military mobilization of soldiers-steeper during an initial stage of war included creation of national sabers for a battlefield and the question of stay in the conditions of front daily occurrence in the form of fast movement at long distances couldn't but be reflected in internal self-organization of the nation, physical and emotional activity of soldiers, working in the conditions of every minute danger.Research shows that the main mobilization factors of the military personnel were: feeling of a civic duty, organizing activity of the state, Party and Komsomol, good calisthenics allowed to show good fighting and command qualities of soldiers of Kalmykia as defenders of the Fatherland. The course of events showed that participation of our fellow countrymen of soldiers natives of Kalmykia in the Great Patriotic War changed public social perception and showed that they brought the contribution in defense of our Fatherland.
