THE MAIN MISTAKES IN THE TREATY ON THE PRIVATE HEALTH SERVICES PROVISION (ON THE BASIS OF ANALYSIS OF TREATY CONDITIONS OF 100 HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS OF VARIOUS CONSTITUENT ENTITIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION FOR THE PERIOD OF 2013-2014)

In the given article, the main mistakes in the treaty on the private health services provision made by the health organizations, confirmed by examples from jurisprudence, are analyzed. The special attention is paid to the form of the investigated treaty. The conclusions of research will allow making recommendations about prevention of the mistakes considered in article in the terms of agreement.
