Abstract
We consider local algorithms of information processing systems. It is shown that the concept of local scientific algorithm for the introduction of a class neighbourhoods distributed control systems. Using the above-described concatenation, union, intersection, handling, parallel composition and substitution, it solves the problem of the synthesis tables of the operation of control systems of the individual jobs.
