Abstract
On the basis of the Axiom about the Reliability of the Mechanical and Civil Building Structure (MCBS) is displayed according to the function of the crash of the MCBS in terms of the critical number of cyclic stresses loads, until the destruction of the individual elements. Created and analyzed a mathematical model of kinetic diagram of the fatigue destruction KDFD, through a system of differential equations. Theoretically investigated is the current reliability of the components of the MCBS, built by means of CAD system TopSolid'Design until a mean time between failures (Technical Resource TR) for the entire MCBS.
