Abstract
In this research work the barrier properties of combined paper packing materials of different foreign firms for protection of cold-rolled steel in the conditions of atmospheric corrosion are investigated. Coefficients of vapor permeability, diffusion and sorption are calculated. Corrosion tests of hermetic packed samples of cold-rolled steel are carried out by the periodic moisture condensation. It was found out: packing paper of Fislage brand shows high anticorrosive properties that is caused by low diffusion coefficient of water vapors through the packing material.
