Abstract
The necessity of cluster creation for agrarian and industrial complex of the republic Kazakhstan is proved by low competitiveness of domestic production, production economic efficiency and infrastructure underdevelopment. In the given article the main components and directions of development of territorial and branch cluster are considered.
