The chosen research topic has urgent character due to the current state of society and the ever-increasing requirements of the modern world. Modern institutions of society should remain stable, successful and competitive. Crowdsourcing is one of the ways to optimize the functioning of enterprises. Nowadays there is the introduction of crowdsourcing in many spheres of life: business, art, medicine, science, etc. However, questions of crowdsourcing use are not fully investigated in the scientific literature, reflecting the importance of the chosen research topic.
