Abstract
The article deals with the implementation of postmodernism principles in communicative space and its influence on mass media development under the modern conditions. Media discourse and advertese function in the media space while the main function of PR-discourse is establishing and maintaining connection between media and social space, which proves its mesian character. Media space is a result of interaction of media and PR-discourse.
