Abstract
The article deals with modern problems of professional education, which is intended to make staff capable to study easily, to adapt quickly to changing conditions and contents of professional activities, and to be interested in their continuing education and improvement. Education must form in the graduates such structural personal qualities and abilities that would allow them to find their own orientation in the professional world and to build vectors of their training and career development.
