Abstract
In these paper CMOS LNA is designed for 3-6 GHz frequency range. These proposed LNA has the maximum flat gain to over all frequency range. These LNA has three stage at first stage to reduce noise with current reuse technique is used to increase the linearity at the first stage. At second stage cascaded common source is used to increase the gain with minimum noise figure. At third stage buffer is used because of its low noise figure. All these circuit can be analysed in ADS tool with 130 nm process with a 1.8V supply voltage.
