THE INFLUENCE OF SOY PRODUCTS ON MORPHOFUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF SOME RAT ORGANS IN THE EXPERIMENT

The article deals with the study of soy as animal protein substitute. Transgenic soy was used in the study, which is proved by PCR analysis. The aim of the research is to study the influence of long-term transgenic soy application on mammal organism. The objects of study are liver, kidney, testis of rats. Morphological and morphometric research is conducted. According to the received data, the significant structure change of these organs, descriptive of dystrophy and destruction processes is detected.
