Abstract
Advertizing, PR-campaigns, elections to various autho rities carried under similar laws. The knowledge of these processes allows to program the behavior of electorate, consumers, population. In this article the additive model, which elements are components of PR process ? trend, cyclic and casual component ? is considered. It is shown that priorities of people in election of these or those persons change under a certain periodic law.
