Abstract
The article describes the main conditions, which provide the effectiveness of individualization in the pre-school foreign language education of young learners. The author considers that this conditions are: orientation of the educational process at personal and individual characteristics of every student, integration of different kinds of activities in foreign language education such as musical, artistic, theatrical and others, the usage of innovative technologies; taken into consideration the 3 aspects of individualization: linguistic, socio-cultural, psychological, creating of special educational environment, and at the development of every student; providing of person to person interaction in the process of pre-school foreign language education.
