Abstract
The issue of the description and interpretation of the Stark and Zeeman effects of the hydrogen atom is considered. The classic description of these effects based on electrodynamics laws of interaction of electric and "magnetic" fields with the dipole moment of the hydrogen atom in view of electrical origin of the magnetic field is suggested.
