ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY OF POPULATION ON THE TERRITORY ADMINISTRATION UNITS OF SOUTHERN KAZAKHSTAN REGION

In this article the issues of entrepreneurial activity of the population of territory administration units within one region are considered. The main research objective is identification of entrepreneurial activity level of the population of the Southern Kazakhstan region and the factors influencing it. The group technique of administrative and territorial units of region on indicators of population activity in business is suggested. Thus assessment criteria of the situation in regions and cities in recent years are determined. As criterion of assessment indicators are chosen: number of active subjects of small and medium business, number of active individual businessmen, number of active farms.
