Abstract
The article refers to the image and mission of the Bank. The attention is drawn to the clientele of the bank, the ways and methods for bank customer identification. Furthermore, the quality and efficiency of the bank, products and services in particular, are directly dependent on the technical component, i.e. technological aspect of carrying out operations and decision-making is an essential condition for increasing the competitiveness of the bank.
