COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE FORMATION OF STUDENTS OF AGRICULTURAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION BASED ON THE REGIONAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

This article is devoted to the formation of professional foreign-language communicative competence at students of agricultural higher education institutions, predetermining accounting necessity of regional features of professional activity assuming need. The author gives definition of this concept, reveals its components and considers stage-by-stage technology of its formation.
