Abstract
Nitrogen and carbon sources as components of growth medium and ratios thereof are selected in order to increase collagenolytic activity of Coprinus sp. basidiomycete submerged culture. Submerged cultivation was performed in growth medium samples containing different nitrogen and carbon sources with different ratios thereof during 7 days. Alongside collagenase activity of the producer culture, the amount of protein and biomass accumulated as well as pH-value of culture liquid of the fungus were measured.
