Abstract

In this article the changes in work and the labor relations under the influence of the Fourth Industrial revolution are considered. Current and future trends in ratio of working and free time, new motives of labor behavior are investigated. The special attention is paid to the flexible forms of employment gaining distribution in era of information economy.
