Abstract
The article analyses the specifics of the licensing control as a method of public administration based on the analysis of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and research literature. The author's vision of the substance and peculiarities of the monitoring the fulfillment of license requirements and conditions is presented.
