Abstract
This article presents material on conditions and difficulties that preschool children, their families and staff of educational institutions are facing in the course of inclusive education. A successful adaptation of preschool children with Down syndrome to inclusive environment of preschool educational institutions is based on certain conditions that enable positive results while introducing inclusive education.
