Abstract

Legislative definition of mediation is given. Reveals in what situations and to what this procedure is applied. The problem is designated that parents prefer judicial proceedings for the solution of disputes, without wishing to agree independently or by means of the intermediary, thereby doing harm to the child in the psychological and social plan.
