Abstract

Sound management of the process of hotel and restaurant and tourism business on the basis of implementation of outsourcing. The advantages of such a mechanism, which allows you to engage any of the functions of an experienced business professional who specializes in a particular field of activity, as well as features of outsourcing as a management tool, is universal in nature and contributing to its implementation in the activity of tourism and hotel and restaurant businesses. Characterized by the existing system of management of innovative activity of tourism enterprises and the hospitality industry, identified the problems and prospects of its development, evaluated the possibility of using foreign experience in application outsourcing, and also identified the basic directions of its perfection on the basis of improving the economic mechanism and the formation of an innovative management strategy.
