Abstract
Abstract Hairy cell leukemia (HCL) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder which is associated with cytopenias and splenomegaly. Here we present a patient of Ca cheek who was incidentally found to have HCL, we here review the literature looking into the incidental detection of this rare malignancy.
