MINORITIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY, AN ANALYSIS OF THE RIGHTS OF TRANSSEXUALS IN BRAZILIAN TERRITORY

The present work has as concerningthe an analysis of the rights of transsexuals within the legal perspective, psychological and medical within the Brazilian territory, until then, little known in academic scenario, but with the recent evolution of the measures protective coatings and new domestic legislation, in addition to modifications to laws that the United Kingdom has already had, has awakened the interest of studying. The focus, therefore, is the legal aspect, pointing to the legislation that the tutelage, also featuring standards that are not directly connected with the defense of transsexuals but they serve, and are used to protect the fundamental rights of this group so discriminated against.
