Abstract
For a good understanding of electrical and optoelectronic parameters involved in the silicon photovoltaic cell, we study the solar cell that gives a general description of the different parts of the solar cell and some photovoltaic parameters in these parts of the external quantum efficiency, the refractive index on the deposits antireflective solar cells. The effect of a single anti-reflective coating (SiNx / Si) was studied. A clear improvement of the spectral response is observed in the area of wavelengths from 400 to 900 nm. An improved external quantum efficiency at long wavelengths is observed due to the low energy photons absorption, a remarkable increaseness in the specific wavelength, an area where the spectral response is dominated by the photogenerated carriers in the base
