Abstract
In the article there are considered the questions concerned with the problem of upbringing and education of children with psycho-physiological disorders, which is difficult to precisely for parents. The birth of a child with mental and physical disorders is a challenge for all family members because parents often see their future, in the implementation of impracticable desires with their children and the birth of the such child by parents assessed as the collapse them self-realization [2]. The modern approach to the family in bringing up child with mental and physical disorders looks at her as rehabilitation structure was originally having potential to create the most favorable conditions for the development and education of the child, which does not correspond to reality [3, 4]. Fact of violation the health a child causes parents acute emotional response. The consequences of the disease often do not understand families, with the usual social environment. The constant fear favor of further development of the child is deformed the whole system intra family and parent-child relationship [5].
