Rozwój komunikacji miejskiej w Warszawie w opinii jej użytkowników

The aim of the article was to provide an assessment and perception of the development of public transport by its users. The study was conducted in December 2014 among 81 users of urban transport in Warsaw. Authors focused on people transport in cities and possibility of popularization public transport in Warsaw, which is much more efficient than individual transportation. In introduction was presented importantly rights of city logistics. The most important aspect for traveling by public transport was cost of driving. It was also found that the frequency of driving the communication was more important to travelers than the creation of new lines.
