Abstract
The design and principle of operation single-shaft concrete mixer enforcement action with blades with variable shape. Composed design diagram and determined resistance forces acting on the blades of the mixer in the preparation of concrete mixes. The regularities of changes in the intensity of the mixing process of concrete mixture, depending on the radius of the shell of the mixer, the height of the blades, consistency, coefficient of internal friction and friction coefficient of the mixture on the walls of the housing of the mixer, the fill factor of the housing of the mixer mix.
