Abstract

The questions connected with the facilitation of the access of the people to the information about the living standard are considered. In particular it is suggested to use the information of the System of National Accounts and statistic methods. It is stressed that the information about living standard should be amplified with the characteristics of the effectiveness of the management of the social-economic development.
