FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE NATIONAL INNOVATION SYSTEM OF UKRAINE AND KAZAKHSTAN AT THE PRESENT STAGE

This paper considers the national peculiarities of formation and further development of innovative systems of Ukraine and Kazakhstan at the present stage. The comparative analysis has been conducted using the basic statistical factors of innovation component of two states’ economies. Key issues of the national innovation systems formation stage, and the major differences in the development of innovation, the identification of which will allow establishing inter-country cooperation in science and innovation, have been identified.
