Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understans how the quality of the court is bound to the role of the court presidents in Romania, who, for the proper administration of the departments and the divisions of the court, must assume a leadership role. Efficiency depends on how they use their knowledge, their behavior and attitudes as personal example to create an environment in which subordinates, judges and court personnel, are fully involved in achieving the objectives of the institution.
