Abstract
Methodical approaches of personnel management efficiency evaluation is revealed. Proposed to expand the range of indicators to measure the efficiency of HR administration processes and improve some methodical bases for the calculation of integral personnel management efficiency index. Stated the methodology and the result of calculation of economic losses from staff turnover as an indicator of personnel management efficiency for small business. Proposed a list of measures aimed at staff turnover reduction. Proposed to improve the system of remuneration and to implement adaptation practices for new employees as tools for improving the efficiency of personnel management.
