Abstract
The mechanisms of technology and knowledge spillovers in the international business environment are described in the article. The ways of increasing innovation level of enterprises in the process of establishing cluster links are explored. The problems of Ukrainian enterprises innovation activity development and the opportunities for business entities technological level enhancement from the perspective of the development of cluster cooperationare analyzed.
