Abstract
On basis of research of content of agroindustrial integration and defining of essential features of agrofood companies were positioned functions of their integrating structures (analytical, coordinating, providing, controlling and institutional) and revealed their epistemological and socio-economic content, what allows to offer a typology of agrofood companies through deployed system of indicators of classification.
