ACADEMIC FREEDOM IN FACULTY MEMBERS OF UNIVERSITY (THE CASE OF MONGOLIA)

In the field of higher education, one of the most essential issues is that of scientific research. Amid the global economy of the 21st century based on the knowledge, the university research is of key importance for developing innovations in the area of economics and improving the working efficiency of universities, teachers and students. This article provides a comparison of experience in this field obtained in foreign higher education institutions and the higher education institutions of Mongolia.
