Automation of the production activity management process at engineering enterprises

It is necessary continuously support competitiveness of machine-building enterprises in conditions of dynamic changes of environment and of market situation. The use of modern management concepts based on the relevant computer technologies and application programs is one of the ways to improve the quality level of management of business processes of company. They are integrating information about the work of all departments and they are giving the opportunity to influence and to correct production activity of enterprise. A lot of domestic scientists examined the problem of information support of management processes in engineering enterprises. The need for further research is in searching areas of use modern technologies of management of production activities of the company. The peculiarity of the engineering industry is that it was dependent very much on the environment, because more than half of the products are manufactured for export. However, it can create a multiplier chains as in a separate industry and in related. The purpose of work is automation of process of management of production activity engineering enterprise to improve the level substantiation of managerial decisions. Analysis of the possibilities of modern management information systems used by domestic enterprises was fulfilled for achieve this goal. The research of management system production activities at one of the engineering plant of Poltava was done. The necessity of further improvement of decision support systems in the enterprise was substantiated. Ways to improve accounting subsystem production activities enterprises to automate management processes engineering enterprises proposed. Implementation of the submitted proposals will provide powerful tools for the evaluation of the current state and adjustments of events taking place. Thus the implementation of developed proposals will be create conditions for improving the quality of governance, competitiveness, increase profits and ensure a stable financial condition of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
