The role of agrarian reform in improving the qualitative characteristics of the production forces human component in rural areas of Ukraine

The article is devoted to the issue of land relations improvement and implementation of agrarian reform in Ukraine in order to form the efficient structure of the production forces in the country’s regions. Recommendations are given concerning changes in regulation of waste management, which will help to further increase the capacity of existing land resources for the development of their own agricultural sector.
