Abstract
The essence of the governmental regulation of the investment activities, regulatory conditions, statutory acts and the Law of Ukraine On the Investment Activity are presented and considered in this article. Forms of the national investment policy and their regulation are considered in detail. Attention is also paid to the basic principles of investment activity.
