WEB SERVICE FOR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION VALIDATION IN THE INFORMATION SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

This article describes the web service for the validation of personally identifiable information in the information system of a higher education institution. This web service enables the staff to check their personal information stored in the data base and in case that the information is incorrect advise the personnel department. The article gives the details on the application domain, design and implementation of the system, as well as its introduction in the Yugra State University.
