Integration is the result of the process of development of any economic system, implemented through management decisions of participants, to achieve temporary centralization of resources, increase market power on the market of raw materials and finished products, accumulate of synergetic effect by reducing total costs, the formation of new competitive advantages and, consequently, minimize business risk.
