ANALYSIS OF BUDGET POLICY KYRGYZ REPUBLIC FOR STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS

The effectiveness of modernization of modern Kyrgyzstan's economy is largely dependent on the level of state and municipal government. Highlights of sustainable development of the country's economy began to improve the investment climate and the creation of favorable conditions for business. In this regard, the article discusses the state budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for the years 2010-2014, conducted a brief analysis of trends in its performance.
