MANAGEMENT OF IT PROJECTS: NETWORK POOLS AND PARTNER NETWORKS

In article IT project management problems in a network pool and a partner network are covered. Approaches to forming of a kernel of business of a network pool, algorithms of an assessment and matching by matching of project participants, methods of management of process of accomplishment of orders are given. The technique of the organization of task allocation in the project directed to increase of efficiency of search, an assessment, selection, attraction and consolidation of partners is in detail described.
