Abstract

The article shows that in sentences with Agent (persons, supernatural beings, animals and plants) when verbs of absorption in the active form in the Object position can be represented by names in the form of the accusative, and also qualitative and noun phrase with the main word in the form of accusative and passive form ? names in the form of the nominative case and quantitatively-a nominal phrase with the main word in the form of the nominative case. The obtained results can find application in the practice of compiling dictionaries, and also of interest for the theory and practice of translation.
